CONSUMER ADVISORY: Consuming raw or undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish, egg or any product containing these raw or undercooked food items may increase the risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
Payment & Policies
Payment Plan:
- 50% When Booking the event
- 25% 14 Days before the event
- 25% One Day before the event.
Payments may be made by Zelle, check, Credit Card.
What if it rains or we have extreme weather?
We operate rain or shine. However, last-minute cancellations due to weather will result in a loss of deposit.
What if I need to change my event date?
Call us at least 14 days before the event to request a date change. Requests made within 14 days may result in the loss of your deposit. Date changes are subject to availability, but we will do our best to accommodate.
When should I make changes to my event?
Please make any changes at least 14 days before the event. Changes to time, location, or address may require additional notice since we often have events scheduled before and after yours.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food items are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been delivered or picked up.
Cancellations
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations: You may cancel your event at no cost if cancellation is made at least 21 Business days before the scheduled event date.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within seven (7) business days of the event may be subject to charges based on costs already incurred (e.g., ingredients, preparation, staffing, etc.).
- Force Majeure: Events canceled due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather, pandemics, protests, or security concerns will be considered force majeure. In such cases, you will be allowed to reschedule the event for a future date at no additional cost.
