What do you provide?

Let’s Meat provides a fully self-contained kosher food truck experience, including:

  • On-site food preparation and service

  • Professional staff for cooking and serving

  • A customizable menu based on your event needs

  • All standard serving supplies (plates, napkins, utensils)

We focus on fast, high-quality service so your guests are served efficiently and enjoy a great experience.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and corporate events. Popular dates can fill up several weeks in advance. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your date.

A deposit is required to reserve your event date. Final pricing is based on guest count, menu selection, service duration, and location.

The contract must be signed and returned within the timeframe specified in your proposal to lock in your event date. Dates are not considered reserved until the contract and deposit are received.

The remaining balance is typically due prior to the event date, as outlined in your contract. For some corporate clients, alternative payment arrangements may be approved in advance.

The truck typically arrives 30–60 minutes before service time to allow for setup and compliance with venue requirements. Arrival time will be coordinated in advance.

All menu, guest count, and logistical changes should be submitted no later than the deadline stated in your contract. Late changes may not be guaranteed.

Date changes are subject to availability. Please notify us as soon as possible. Any approved date change will follow the terms outlined in your contract and may involve additional fees.

Your event is officially confirmed once:

  • The signed contract is received

  • The required deposit has been paid

You will receive a confirmation notice once both are completed.

Yes, any unused cooked food and salads will be offerd to you in to-go boxes/trays.

Our food truck is approximately 30 feet long. Adequate space is required for parking, safe operation, and guest service.

The truck is fully self-powered and does not require external electricity in most cases. If a venue has special power restrictions, please let us know in advance.

We operate rain or shine whenever conditions are safe. In cases of extreme weather that make service unsafe or impossible, we will work with you according to the weather policy outlined in your contract.
